In his pastoral letter to fellow bishops, Archbishop John Baptist Odama had asked them to set apart some time for special prayer at each mass to receive the Holy Pope. The Archbishop advised the Catholics to serve the poor and practice penance.

The expected visit of Pope Francis in Africa will be on November 25. Pope Francis will be the third Roman Pontiff to visit Uganda. The 50th anniversary celebration of the canonization of the Ugandan Martyrs adds special beauty to Pope’s visit in Uganda.
