Pope’s book for children to occupy book shelves next week

37000-v3-600xPope Francis’ new book for children, Dear Pope Francis, would be released next Tuesday, March 1. The book includes 30 questions asked by children aged 6-13. It includes the drawings of children too.

Last year Loyola Press, the United States-based Jesuit publishing house, approached the Pope with the idea and the Holy Father agreed. As part of it they received a positive response from the crowd.

The Jesuits collected the little curious questions from Catholic and non-Catholic children around the world.  From 26 countries, they received 259 questions in 14 languages. The book’s editor, Fr. Paul Campbell, SJ, sat down along with a committee and selected the questions to send the Pope.
