“Keep vigilant; the Lord may come at any time,” says Pope

popPope Francis during his public day mass at his summer residents warned the believers by saying that Lord lives truly and he will come to find us. So, he urged the people to live according to the will of God.

It is true that Lord comes to judge us. The trust of seeing God with our eyes gives us hope to live, he adds. There are no indications given on his arrival. But we have to live with the hope of meeting him. In the gospel, the Apostles warn that the Lord comes like thief in the night, says Pope.

Jesus asks us to comfort each other. But do we speak about it? Pope Francis pause a question before the prayerful. He asked whether we are speaking about the Lord’s arrival, church, priests, religious sisters, monsignors, all this? Instead of chattering about this that, Pope advised the people to comfort each other.

He concludes his message by asking the people to live a life that is pleasing to Lord. He also asked the believers to be at peace with the day the Lord gives a surprise visit..
