“Click to Pray” with Pope Francis

Le-P.-Frédéric-Fornos-audience-du-pape-François-740x493As part of the Jubilee Year of Mercy, the French Jesuit Father Frederic Fornos, international director of the Pope’s worldwide network of prayer (Apostolate of Prayer) along with its branch for young people, the Eucharistic Movement of Young People launched an app for prayer. The App named “Click to Pray” allowed its users to take part in a mobile network of prayer for the intentions of the Holy Father. The app even reminds the users to pray at different points of the day for specific intentions.

“In this Holy Year of Mercy, Catholics are especially invited to prayer for the Holy Father’s intentions; that is why we made the choice to launch this application. It is in fact a platform of communication in several social networks to mobilize one for the challenges of humanity and of the mission of the Church,” said Father Fornos.

The app gives an opportunity for its users to pray three times a day. It allowed the users to pray in the morning with Jesus. At noon one pray to become more open to the Holy Spirit and finally, at the end of the day the app allowed one to make themselves available to cooperate with the mission of Christ.
