Former nuncio’s court trial postponed

images2-300x166Vatican magistrate postponed the court trial proceedings against former nuncio due to defendant’s ill health.
The laicized former archbishop, Jozef Wesolowski was accused of five charges including sexual abuse of minors and possession of pornographic videos. The exact date of next trial is not announced by the court because the defendant was seriously admitted in intensive care unit due to sudden illness.
The court proceedings last only for six minutes. If he is found guilty, he is supposed to undergo 6 to 12 years of punishment.
